When I started this association in the fall of 1990, I had no idea how much it would grow and how much it would come to mean to me!  Joe Condrill, President of Overseas Brats told me, just prior to my making a commitment to doing all of this, that it would be like my giving birth to a baby.  I would nurture it, watch it grow, love it, be frustrated with it, go through good times and bad times, and eventually one day I would need to let go (that's not anytime soon, however) and that I would feel a great loss, but at the same, a great joy for what I created!  I already feel that great joy!  This is one of the most incredible things I've ever done.  Friendship means the world to me, and knowing I played a part in bringing old friends together touches my heart more then you will ever know.  Plus, in this, I renewed some old friends and have made some terrific new friends!

My purpose for forming this associations was to bring back together a very special and unique group of people!  Those people are YOU ... the students who attended Hahn Jr./Sr. High School, the dormies of Wiesbaden, the teachers, counselors, principals, and parents who taught, supported and loved us.  There is a bond between us that is unexplainable.  We were very fortunate to be able to grow up overseas and what better place then Hahn Germany!
